Accommodation comprises air conditioned open plan lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, 42" LED TV with English channels & patio doors leading to the Southwest facing dining terrace. Fitted kitchen & WC. Downstairs you have the master double bedroom with access to the West facing sun terrace, 2 twin bedrooms & a full bathroom with walk in shower. One of the twin bedrooms also has patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & air conditioning.
The lower level has a further full bathroom, with bath & shower over & internal access to the private garage.
Both terraces have sea & mountain views.
FREE wifi internet available.
Terrace dining furniture, sun beds & loungers.
Guests have use of the community swimming pool (mid May to 31 Oct). The beach is just a 5 minute walk away downhill (the walk back up will take a bit longer!).

The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

The house itself is really nice. Kitchen has everything you would need. The terrace is lovely to sit and eat out on in evening. Bedrooms are nice and comfy. The hosts were really helpful and responsive to queries that I had throughout my stay. Would definitely come back. |

My family and I enjoyed a month at the property, and appreciated how functional everything was. The ac heated the rooms on colder nights and the dishwasher and washing machine came to great use. I also loved the two terrasses with views over the sea/see more
