Charming holiday apartment located in a quiet pedestrian street, just off Calle Pintada, in the centre of town. Recently refurbished with superb private roof terrace.
Located in the heart of Nerja, Trancos is a first floor apartment, ideally situated for bars, restaurants & shops. Easy walking distance to the beach & the famous Balcon de Europa.
Accommodation is accessed via 18 steps from street level & comprises open plan lounge/dining area with fitted kitchen. A double bedroom, twin bedroom & a family bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven/microwave & fridge freezer.
Lounge area to seat 4 with folding dining table.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes & the bathroom is equipped with a shower & electric heater.
The roof terrace access is via internal stairs & is furnished with terrace dining table, chairs & parasol. Sunbeds & a BBQ are also provided. The utility room with washing machine, is also located on the roof terrace.
Public car park nearby.
Features include air conditioning to the lounge & both bedrooms. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi & international TV. Sea & mountain views from the roof terrace.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

Recently refurbished flat in centre of Nerja. Loved the roof terrace up a flight of stairs which has sun all day and this is where you find the washing machine and clothes lines. Very compact accommodation but works well for two adults. Would definitsee more
