A tan solo 2 minutos a pie de la galardonada playa de Burriana en Nerja.
Es espacioso con espectaculares vistas al mar y a la montaña.
Las características incluyen: aire acondicionado, TV inteligente de pantalla plana, fibra wifi gratis y caja fuerte.
El alojamiento consta de una moderna cocina equipada con una selección completa de electrodomésticos, incluido un lavavajillas.
Dispone de un salón comedor amplio. Tiene un dormitorio principal con cama doble grande y armarios empotrados. La habitación doble tiene 2 camas individuales y armario empotrado. El baño familiar es grande con bañera y ducha.
Espectaculares vistas sobre la playa de Burriana hasta el mar Mediterráneo y hacia la cima del 'Cielo' en la Sierra de Almijara. Vistas realmente impresionantes.
La terraza en sí es excelente, con una sala de estar elevada, un comedor con barbacoa incorporada y una zona para tomar el sol. Relájate y disfruta!
Si le apetece darte un chapuzón, la piscina comunitaria se encuentra al otro lado de la calle Bajamar (30 m).
Acceso por 45 escalones desde la calle Bajamar y 28 escalones desde la calle Filipinas.

Nerja es una ciudad costera al pie de las montañas Almijara con una larga tradición de pesca y agricultura. Los pescadores aún tiran sus redes a tierra en la playa de Burriana y todavía se pueden comprar productos frescos en las puertas de las casas de la gente local. El mercado semanal (martes) atrae a muchos comerciantes y compradores de toda la región y el centro de la ciudad tiene un ambiente vibrante y amigable con muchas tiendas encantadoras, bares de tapas y restaurantes.

The lack of beds and shade at the pool needs to be addressed. There were only a few beds, but the pool is shared by multiple apartments so a lot of people use it.
More parasols would be very helpful also as there was not enough shade.

The mattresses in the main bedroom are not very good, possibly very old. One has a memory foam topper with a plastic cover which was extremely uncomfortable and noisy to sleep on.

Nothing major! Few cleaning products eg surface spray & toilet cleaner. We stayed for 10 nights so would be nice to have some on hand (we did buy our own & left in the apartment!). Also tea towels & oven gloves. Everything else was excellent.
